Pally is an independently-owned Dutch company, whose major shareholder is also the General Manager.

Tasks and responsibilities have been made transparent by separating the core activities into individual companies:

• Pally Bakeries B.V. - Production
• Pally Biscuits B.V. - Marketing and Sales
• Pally Holland B.V. - Corporate Finance

Pally Holland B.V. facilitates the general departments, such as Finance & Administration, Asset Management and Legislation. The dynamic management style is analytical, direct and respectful; moreover responsibilities are stimulated at all levels within the organisation.
