The best assurance of quality and hygiene is our 100 years' experience of biscuit baking.

This is reflected in the annual audits for the various quality assurance certificates. Pally is BRC and IFS certified. Our process structure is based on ISO 9000.

Pally requires all suppliers of ingredients, packaging and production aids to be certified.

The Pally quality system guarantees that all products have a shelf life of at least 12 months from the date of production.
